We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind or sudden change in plan, but once the order is confirmed:
It cannot be cancelled
No changes are possible
Please check all the details (dish, quantity, address, phone number etc.) carefully before ordering.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is very clear:
No refunds are given, whether it is an online payment or cash on delivery.
If you have made a payment and due to some technical reason the amount has been double deducted, in such cases, you can email us with a screenshot and transaction details. We will make a decision only after checking the situation.
Bad Order or Other Problem
If you think there is something wrong with the order you have received (such as wrong items, poor packing or something missing), please call or message us immediately. We will take your concern seriously and try to resolve it as soon as possible, although this does not mean a refund.
